Fintry Provincial Park and Protected Area
Fintry Provincial Park is situated on the north side of Lake Okanagan approximately halfway between Kelowna and Vernon.
This park offers a unique cultural history with many of the old farm buildings having been restored and preserved. Much of the park is comprised of grasslands and hayfields with mature trees along the shoreline. Check out the sixty foot labyrinth carved into the land, hike up 400 steps to spectacular waterfalls, or camp in one of the hundred campsites available.
Features include a playground, boat launch, day-use area with picnic tables, sandy beaches, and a designated pet beach.
Dogs are welcome provided they are leashed and cleaned up after. They are not permitted inside the buildings or on the beaches but there is a designated pet beach available.
