Naramata

Approximately 16km northeast of Penticton along the shores of Lake Okanagan lies the small community of Naramata. 

Naramata upholds its agricultural roots with acres of sun-drenched vineyards on the Naramata Bench. With over a dozen area wineries and their acclaimed vintages, this tiny town has built a reputation as a distinct wine region.  

If a grass and stone outdoor labryinth sounds interesting to you, you might appreciate the large walking meditation circle located at the Naramata Centre. And there is no shortage of nature paths as you are just a short drive from the Kettle Valley Railway and Okanagan Mountain Provincial Park.
